I believe that life is an adventure– one that challenges us to be fully alive to the possibilities that open our eyes, nurture our bodies and souls, and fulfill our deepest desires. It is my delight to welcome and offer guidance as a career and life transitions coach to those people seeking to live authentically and courageously– with awareness, aliveness, and joy– as they create their paths to professional and personal happiness and success.
As a career/life coach, somatic therapist, and former director of non-profit programs, I have over 30 years' professional experience helping people make significant and successful career and life transitions. I infuse my livelihood as a life coach with the richness of my long-time interests in energy awareness and healing, meditation and spiritual wisdom, cross-cultural education, and creative expression.
In both my work and my personal life, I bring intuition, compassion, creativity, imagination, and a love of exploration to the interactions I have with people actively engaged in creating successful changes in their work and relationships.
